Bio

Sara Caruso is trained in both classical and contemporary styles of singing.  She has over a decade of experience performing as a solo artist under the moniker Sara Leone.  Career highlights include being cast on NBC’s “The Voice”, performing at Huntington Theatre in Boston for a TedX Conference, and appearing on the Papeete Cafe compilation album released under Sony Music in Italy with producer Robert-Eno Relight.  She has worked with grammy nominated producers, recorded at the legendary Clubhouse Studio in Rhinebeck, NY, and generated over 2 million organic views on YouTube.  When the pandemic hit in 2020, Sara discovered her true passion was to help others discover the powerful healing medium of singing and completed the Contemporary Voice Teacher Training Program.  Sara recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary music studies, focusing on voice, songwriting, and music therapy.

Working with Sara has been so much more than just improving my singing voice—it's been a true journey of discovering my voice.

From the very first lesson, she created a welcoming, safe, nurturing, and encouraging space for growth. Sara's vast knowledge and expertise have undoubtedly strengthened my vocal technique, but she also has helped me feel empowered to tap into a well of inner strength and emotion that are not usually easy for me to access.

Working with Sara has been nothing short of transformative. In a relatively short amount of time, I have learned to harness a different power in my voice, and have continued to work on letting go of insecurities of what I may sound like when I learn to express myself more fully- lessons that have transcended beyond our sessions together, into other areas of my life as well.

Singing with Sara has been deeply therapeutic. Her ability to really listen, observe, and create a space where I feel heard and supported has made all the difference in my progress. I’m not only becoming a better singer because of her, but a more connected, confident, and authentic version of myself.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Sara, and I know that the impact of these lessons will stay with me far beyond the music itself.
